Returns:
We DO NOT offer refunds, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance, You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. If you choose to not purchase Seel Return Assurance, your order is final sale. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is subject to the standard return policy.

However, we are able to exchange within 7 business days of receipt. If the item is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be defective. Items must also not appear worn, with original tags.

Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards are non-refundable

White items, leggings, bodysuits, undergarments, sale items cannot be returned unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

 

Exchanges:
To exchange your product, requests must be submitted through Exchange/Store Credit Portal

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

The exchange timeframe may vary depending on where you reside and volume of the carriers workload.
